Terms and Conditions
Structure of the training
The trainings start at 9am and end at around 4.30pm. The daily training program without breaks lasts about 6 hours. The instructors have years of experience with the appropriate software in service and /or in development. The training content, notably the exercises are adjusted to the requirements of students and can be arranged in a certain context. It is trained based on the current software version.
Prices and meals
Training costs are usually calculated per student and training day. This includes all course materials, beverages and snacks. For lunch we walk together in a restaurant with a lunch nearby, the cost is included in the price. Pupils, students, trainees and job seekers can get remaining seats for special discounted rates. For training of several participants of a single customer, training at customer sites and special workshops, different conditions can be agreed.
Registration and booking
The participant can register for all courses in writing by post, fax or e-mail. The agreed terms of payment are valid. Only a written application shall be recognized as binding and confirmed immediatly. Registration deadline is 7 days before the start of training. The customer then receives a confirmation and further instructions. For the application, the temporal order of receipt applies. The course fee will be invoiced after training – with participants out of Germany before the training.
Withdrawal and changes
If participating in a training or an information event is not possible, so it can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the course starts. If less than 2 weeks remains between course beginning and cancellation by the customer, 50 % of the training course fee will be charged, except the customers provides another participant. If the customer doesn’t appear or doesn’t appear on all days to a training or information session, to which he has registered, the full course fee will be charged.
Cancellations
The Geoinformatikbüro Dassau reserves the right to cancel due to organisational reasons or due to the failure to achieve the minimum number of participants 1 week prior to the training and informs appropriate alternative dates. Claims for damages are excluded.
Liability
In such cases, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for any travel and / or accommodation costs incurred or loss of work.
However, if the training course is canceled, you will of course be informed of an alternative date and we will try to find an amicable solution.
Variations
In a single case, conditions of participation can deviate from the conditions specified here and are binding.
