Site assessment for wind energy use

This QGIS plugin can calculate the density function of the Weibull distribution for wind speeds for a position and save it as an image. The location can be selected by entering coordinate values or by clicking on the map. The parameter radius is used to calculate the area mean of the grid cells of the input data around the location radius, which are completely within the radius.
