Our training courses may take place in Hannover with max. 6 participants or as in-house training at your institution or company. Upon consultation also own hardware can be brought along and used during the training. In the training course fee all data and documents used during the course, a continuous assistance by a qualified course leader, beverages and snacks are included. After successful participation the participant receives a certificate.

General information

The training courses start at 9am and end at 5pm in the afternoon. The daily training course duration is at least 6 hours. The course leaders have experience for many years with the appropriate software. Training course contents, in particular the exercises are adapted to the experience of the class participants and can be adapted upon consultation within certain framework. For the training current software versions are used.

Price and lodgings

Costs are calculated per participant and training course day. Included are all course materials, beverages and snacks. For lunch we go to a nearby restaurant/pub, these costs are included. Pupils, students, apprentices, unemployed or retraining people can apply for remaining seats at reduced prices. For training courses of several participants of a single customer, in-house training courses or special workshops prices can differ upon agreement.

Registration and reservation

The participant can registrate for all training courses using post, fax or email. The terms of payment apply. Only a written registration is recognized as obligatory and will be confirmed immediately. Deadline for registration is 1 week before the beginning of the training. The customer receives a confirmation and further information subsequently. For participation the chronological order of registration applies. The training fee will be charged after the course.

Cancellation and rebook

If the participation in a training or workshop is already booked, this can be cancelled free of charge until 1 week before the training starts.

If less than 1 week remain between course beginning and cancellation by the customer, 50% of the training course fee will be charged, except the customer provides another participant. If the customer does not appear to a training or workshop, to which he is registrated, the full training course fee will be charged.

Cancellation

GBD-consult is not liable, if a training course or workshop doesn't take place for organizational reasons or because the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case we will offer an appropriate alternative date for the training or workshop. Claims for damages are impossible.

Liability

In case of a cancelled training or workshop by illness of the course leader or higher force no claim on the execution of the training or workshop exists. GBD-consult is not responsible in such cases for any travel and/or overnight expenses as well as the loss of working hours. However in case of a cancelled training or workshop, we will offer an appropriate alternative date.

Modifications

Individual offers can differ from the training conditions specified here and are binding.
