Data Analysis

Our services and our experience in data analysis for vector and raster data is extensive and covers a broad spectrum of current evaluation methods. For specific topics, we integrate the knowledge of our partners.

Vector Analysis
We perform classical analysis of vector data. This includes for example intersection, union, query, buffering, selection, extraction, join of, interpolation, and much more. In addition, we also offer network analysis (eg shortest paths, Steiner Tree, allocation or Traveling Salesman).

Raster Analysis
Analogous to vector analysis, we also offer a wide range of analysis functions for raster data. This includes for example: reclassification, recoding, map algebra, resampling, terrain analysis and data query. In addition, we also perform the calculation of topography and hydrological parameters.

Modeling
Together with our partner Sören Gebbert we offer modeling of (geo)hydrological topics. This can be 2D and 3D data. For visualization and analysis of 3D data we use the software Paraview in addition to GRASS GIS.

Geostatistics
We provde (geo)statistical analysis. This includes functions to calculate univariate and multivariate statistics, kriging, and more. For such complex analyses, we use the software R-Statistics.

3D Analysis
Together with our partner Sören Gebbert we provide 3D raster (voxel) analysis. In this context we are specialized in (geo)hydrological topics. For visualization and 3D analysis we use the software Paraview in addition to GRASS GIS.
