Data Search

We offer consulting, which spatial data as part of your project are worthwhile and necessary, and assist you with the purchase. We are specialized in free geodata and apart from simply providing data we also take care of a professional data integration and processing.

Mapping in the field
|
We perform data mapping in the field together with our partner company nature-consult. Therefore we use a high-resolution GPS device with beacon receiver to make sure, that the data are directly geometrically corrected, especially in difficult environments (eg, built environment or forestry). On demand we also offer to analyse the GPS data in a GIS.

Georeferencing
|
We scan and georeference paper maps. This includes processing of orthophotos from analog aerial and satellite imagery on the basis of digital elevation models (DEM). For the georeferencing process we use various methods to find and provide the optimal solution and result according to the project.

Digitizing
|
We digitize (also topologically) on the basis of thematic and topographic maps as well as based on satellite and aerial imagery on-screen. The results can be provided in several data formats and projections. If desired we also take care of further processing and analysis. |
