The Quantum GIS project held its fourth QGIS Developer Meeting in Wroclaw, Poland from 12th to 15th November 2010 at the Department of Climatology and Atmosphere Protection of the University Wroclaw. 28 participants worked intensively on QGIS and discussed strategies for future versions.
